This is why each partnership begins with both signed contract that adheres to the guidelines established by the reigning third party logistics champion, TIA, and the verification of insurance and satisfactory DOT safety rating. Why is this important? It means each party is treated fairly. It means Advantage Transport is committed to protecting your reputation by being included with the best.

Once a partnership has been established we continue the positive experience by empowering our carrier representatives to offer each and every load available, not just a small subset. Need to plan capacity in a lane? Need backhaul coverage for specific days? The information is at the fingertips of each and every carrier representative, allowing you, the trusted partner to find the optimal loads in the optimal lanes at the optimal time.

Concerned about problem resolution? Our carrier representatives are commited to doing what is right, each and every time. Problems arise, that is inevitable. We strive to ensure a positive experience even during these moments through open communication and clear expectations. If the problem is a result of the carrier, we will expect the carrier's assistance to resolve the issue. If the problem stems from the customer we will do the right thing for the carrier.
